I recently stayed one night at Premier Inn & Suites - Downtown Hamilton, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was not cleaned properly. The toilet hadn't been flushed, and the bath still had leftover soap from a previous guest. There were no towels provided, and there wasn't garbage bin at all. I had to go to the reception multiple times to request basic amenities like toilet paper and towels, which should have been provided without asking. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The air conditioning unit not only didn't work, but it was visibly broken. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room, and when I asked the staff, they said there were no available hairdryers to provide. The service was also lacking. Despite having booked two rooms in advance, we were told upon arrival that there was only one room available. This left my friend without a room, which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional.

Dirt behind the bed, sticky floors that was not mopped. Ni information available how to use the phone, the T.V the wifi, the coffeemaker. The bathtop did not have a shower curtain on.when I used the shower water went all over the floor. There were two towels only no face towel I. The room. The blue shower towel smelled like smokes. I was disgusted and used my own clothes to dry with. The stairs were dusty and smelled bad.

It was very convenient and surprisingly nicer than what the entrance sign made it look like. The rooms were neater than expected. :) There was also lots of cameras around the hallways and lobby, so it seemed safe.

There is a guy name under SAM. He is so great and helpful nature. I just recommend this place if you want to stay in hamilton. You can choose only premier inn hotel on main Street.
